The raw material used to produce AIRplus® BIO film is a biologically degradable compound based on polylactic acid (PLA). The compound is co-extruded to produce a three-layered film providing:

• Better elasticity for a more resilient bag
• A stronger bag with reduced air leakage
• Source-reduction by using less raw material than mono-extruded film
